Auli –Where Winter Is Just Like A Festival

Auli is situated 16 km. Ahead from Joshimath in Uttarakhand. There are not only snowing, but lots of greens also. Auli is not famous for as beautiful tourist place, but also famous for skiing on an international level. There are skiing, festivals in the month of february and lots of foreigners want to participate in this festival.

You can enjoy the sight seen of Neelkanth Mountain and mana mountain .You can also visit Nanda Devi Mountain. There is also a temple of Hunmaanji. Auli is known as religious place but nowadays it is only  just tourist spot.

In Auli you can see Bugayal means a field of green grass which is situated on the slope.There is a ropeway also which is 4 kms, Long and one of the longest ropeways in the world.Point-10 of Auli which is known as upper terminal. You can enjoy trekking here to point-10 from Joshimath by the ropeway.

Most of the places of Auli and Guraso near Auli just remember you as you are in Switzerland. You can visit here in the summer also to visit the natural beauty of Auli. You can stay in Rudraprayag where it takes only 4.5 hours to reach Auli. In Auli you can get all types of veg food.

Almora- Confluence of Peace And Beauty

Almora is beautiful city of Kumaon at Uttrakhand state. It is ideal place to visit in summer. Traveler feels very relax and peace here. At an attitude of 1,638 meters, Almora is surrounded by thick forests of pine and fir trees. White of Himalayas seems to embrace all small and big coming to it for rescue, however temporary that might be. The climate can make tourist coming from abroad pretty nostalgic of their home, the way it soothes these new comers in a foreign land.

It is said that Almora is the name of plant of this city which used to wash utensils. The history of this hill destination begins with its donation by the Katyuri King to the first Chand ruler, a Gujarati Brahman named Sri Chand Tiwari. Since then, the place has been as peaceful as Nature could  keep it. Unlike the neighboring hill stations like Nainital and Shimla which were developed by the British, 

Almora was developed by the Kumaoni people.

Travellers can start with Nanda Devi temple, Rudreshwar Mahadev Temple - Dedicated to Lord Shiva and located near Sanara Ganiya at banks of River Ganges, it becomes as if mandatory to pay a visit here once in Almora. Binsar Mahadev - Here again, Lord Shiva is the deity the temple, which is situated near Ranikhet at a distance of 19 Km from the main city. Other important temples are Garhnath, Baijnath, Kosi Temple, Chitai temple, Katarmal Sun Temple, Jhula Devi Temple, Kalimut and Kasaar Devi.

DHARAMSHALA

Dharamshala is the very beautiful city of Himachal Pradesh. It  surrounds three sides of Dhauladhar  mountains. It can be visited all the time of the year. The best time to visit October and November. Snow is common in the winter month December till February which also attracts the Tourist.

Dharamshala is also known as Little Lasa. The town is divided two areas upper and lower. Upper area is known as McLeod Ganj and Lower area contains all the commercial and educational institutions and hospitals. The main attractions of the tourists are upper Dharamshala.

There are lots of places to visit.Dal lake Kangra fort and art Museum,Bhagsunag fall Namgyal and Gytuo Monastery is famous tourist spot in Dharamshala.

Desert Festival-Enjoying The Traditions of Rajasthan

If you want to see old forts and places and temples and you have curiosity to know about them, then you’re most welcome to Jaisalmer known as The "Golden City" of Desert. It is the right time to visit Rajasthan due to desert festival to know about the traditions and culture of Rajasthan which is starting on 8 February.

Jaisalmer is the very beautiful city which is 575 km away from Jaipur the capital of Rajasthan. Desert festival (Maru festival) gives another look to Jaisalmer. If you want to see some different traditions, then you have to visit the desert festival. It is very entertaining and colourful festival. It is held on in the beginning of February month every year in the sand dunes of Sam which is 42 km away from the city. These three day celebration glorifies the rich culture of the state which organized by Rajasthan tourism board specially for foreign tourists.

Desert festival is all about camel races, puppet shows, magic shows, polo, turban tying competition, and competition for mustache, which is participated by men with log mustache and also there are a lot of competitions held at the festival where local artists participate every year. This is the complete entertainment for all three days.

There are lots of historical heritage. In which Sonar fort and Bada Bag and Dilwada temple is the best.Bada Bag is 6 km away from Jaisalmer and Dilwada temple is famous for its interior .The festival closes with an enchanting music and light show in the moonlight at night with a promise to come back with even more fun next year.

Varanasi-Find The Peace Of Heart

Varanasi is also known as Kashi, which means “shining” and It is a holy city of India and one of joyatiling of God  Shiva that’s why we called Varanasi as Kashi dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is located in the bank of river Ganga at U.P  which is the holy river of India. Aarti  of  the Gangaji is the main attraction of Varanasi for the Tourister. If any one wants some peace of their life must come here to find peace in your heart.

Varanasi is the places of temples so it is a religious place also. There are lots of places to visit, but I want to share some best places of this city which I like the most. I love to sit in a bank of the river Ganga where I can find the peace in my heart and forget all my sorrows. Kashi is also famous for its pan and banarasi sarees.
